From thesis to compounding,

01Week 0 — 1

Conviction

We pressure-test the thesis with you. What's the wedge? What gets us to ship? Out: a sharpened spec and a roadmap with edges.

02Week 1 — 4

Foundation

Architecture, infrastructure, design system, telemetry. We build the parts you'd regret not building right — fast enough that you don't.

03Month 2+

Compounding

We ship weekly into real users' hands and tighten the loop with telemetry. You feel the slope before you see the chart.

04When ready

Handoff or Hold

When your team can carry the codebase, we transfer keys. Or we stay embedded for the next chapter. Both paths are valid.

04Selected work
